Hey man, can you please share when you applied for GCMS notes and when did you receive them? I also applied for a visa on 30 July SDS, and then I applied for notes on 30 October, but I still haven't received my notes yet.
I applied on the 23rd of October and received them on the 24th of November

Ok. And can you check if the VO posted any comments on your file? Usually, if a file is updated (like yours, it does say eligibility recommended passed and criminality passed), the VO posts some comments towards the end of the file under a section labelled "Notes", where you could check what he wrote.

See that's the thing, there is nothing written in the notes section which is why I'm super confused....?

https://prnt.sc/vplwlz

Rest of the notes are just "DLI Number"
"Student ID"
"UCI XXXX"
etc.

What makes this worse is I supposedly have a AIP issued on the 4th of September but there is nothing mentioned in the outgoing section or the VO notes,

Thank you. Hopefully you receive an update soon, and by the way, the IELTS verified thing written seems to be manually written by a VO as I haven't seen it on all the GCMS notes posted by people. And since its only written on some people's notes and not on others, I think it's manually written and not automatically written by the system.

I've already given my biometrics.

Confusion is that
1.) My agent sent me a AIP which was issued on the 4th of September. If an AIP is issued doesn't that mean that eligibility is checked and should say passed instead of recommend passed?

2.) How come my AIP does not show up in the outgoing correspondence or in the VO notes?

If you got the AIP via email, it wont show in the GCMS Notes. This was specifically mentioned in my GCMS. Because AIPs are sent in bulk using and app.

eligibility is not passed until you submit passport.
do not deal with unregistered agents ( 90% are )
did you check in gc key if you have aip?

why will your agent send you an aip? cic has to send you. why did your agent get?
so if you trusted your agent with all your documents i guess trust him with this too ?

I believe that some AIP letters that were sent around that date with this written below their names were sent by mistake and they were later withdrawn. I emphasize on the word "some"..... as in not all. Yours may have been a legitimate AIP......@jigzyy what do you think? My personal opinion is that this OP was not given an AIP.

You have to look at Notes section of the GCMS to confirm why the status changed. VO must have entered a satisfactory or related notes.
Hey, my medicals is not yet updated. Applied on 9th July 2020 along with upfront medical.. received aip on 3rd sep. Spoke to the hospital and everything is fine from their end. Raised webform last month and they replied stating that my file is in order and VO has not requested for medicals yet. Can you please let me know what could be the possible reasons. Thanks for your help
