Average time from BVL to OPR?

I finally recieved BVL after 4 months, and am wondering how long average people have had to wait for PPR

From what I've seen, non SDS applications who have BVL usually get the OPR within a couple of weeks, sometimes even the next day. SDS however, are stuck and aren't having OPRs (I have been waiting for one for about four weeks now after BVL, applied in March)

Case-by-case basis. Some have gotten with in a day some had to wait for weeks.
