No, if you have applied and in the mean time they ran out of their quota, they carryover to next year’s quota.
Quota doesn’t affect if you have already applied.

Come on, do your research, have you seen any application returned because of quota.

My worry is why they have reduced timeframe of FW stream to 60 to 90 days and International student stream files no movement for a very long time still why they want to open again this stream ?
This is not about quota, as we can see today we had draw for express entry and on same day JOIS opening tomorrow.
This states that they dont care for quota now as 2020 target for canada is not filled yet.
Again this are only my thoughts.
like my application is in DIP since 22sept, i called them today they said wait till dec 1st week.

Why wait for 1st week of December
Timeframe is 90 to 120 days we every one completing 90 days around 25 th to 30th of this month right ?
Clearly.
They want Canadians to be happy by foreigners bringing their money. They don’t care about your happiness. If they really cared about immigrants happiness, they wouldn’t charge you thousands of dollars.
They just sell you PR. They do not offer you care. Especially now with all the corona situation, immigrants money really needed in this country.
Hi i need help from you guyz , actually last time when oinp international student stream opened , i tried on 4 laptops , i refreshing the page every 10 sec on all 4 laptops but only one laptop got me into the queue while other 3 still showing traffic page , and it happened with my some friend they used just one laptop and they failed to get a registration no, is anybody know why it happened some people see same traffic page while some get into the queue ?????

don’t refresh the page, instead open https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-international-student-stream
and right click “Submit an Application” button (located approximately at the bottom of the above mentioned website page) and select “open in a new tab”. Keep doing that every second once the stream opens. You will get in after 5-10 tries.
It worked for me, my friends and i hope it works for you.
