Proof of funds question

Hello everyone,

I estimate I will be submitting my EE application by late february.

I currently only have ONE bank account, the account where i receive my salary, which is the money I use for my personal monthly expenses. No savings account, no credit cards, no debts whatsoever.

The money for proof of funds will be given by my parents via gift deed. I want to open a savings account right now to start saving up money from my salary and eventually receive the money my parents will give me there as well.

My question is, by the time i apply, this savings account will not be 6 months old. Will it be sufficient for the immigration officers to show my salary bank account (which is more than two years old) 6 month statement, as well as the savings account showing my savings and the money given by my parents? (i will submit all proof for the gift deed of course).

Thank you and I hope this makes sense.

That should work!
