Btw, 90 AORs in the first half of November, faster than the recent monthly average of 130-140 AORs. If IRCC sustains this pace in second half of November, by month end we can get to 85% AORs for Jun and Jul applications, and 30% AORs for Aug applications.

Yesterday i checked the spreadsheet better. All info regarding processing times by month and location are available there. They did it very noce and in a table.

Looking at the spreadsheet at Jun,May, Apr it seems there are two cycles of when AORs are issued. If you just look at the first 10 days of each month, some individuals get early AOR with the remaining in these first 10 days getting their AOR approximately after a month of the first batch of AORs. Maybe this is how on average the cycle works with the agents and queuing. So people still waiting may get their AORs within 3-4 weeks of when the first AORs for their dates are issued as documented by the spreadsheet.

Could be some truth to your theory that IRCC splits up the case load, and processes them in cycles. For example this month, July AORs surged initially but now appear to be plateauing. Over the past week August AORs are surging.

Bigger picture re AORs, there is definitely a pick up in pace, and in a couple of months the AOR backlog could well be cleared. For now, all this does is moving the bottleneck to citizenship tests, but hopefully we get online testing, followed by online interviews, followed by online oaths. Hope springs eternal
