Hello everyone! I am applying with my husband to SP + OWP and we've got some questions. Maybe someone can help us out?

1. I added my husband's surname to my name, but my passport was printed with my maiden name. Do I put my maiden name on question 1 and post-marriage name on question 2? If not, how should I put it?

2. On the "DETAILS OF INTENDED SUTDY IN CANADA", the field about cost of my studies, I am having some issues. I'm enrolled for a MBA Program with a total tuition of CAD $28,080.00 for 2 years. I have paid CAD $8,200.00 already. My LoA states that my tuition is of CAD $14,400.00 for the first year. So, my question is: in the "Tuition" field, do I put the value for the 1st year of the program (CAD $14,400.00) or do I put the amount for 2 years, minus what I paid?

3. What should I put in the "room and board" and "others" fields?

Hi! You need to mention your tuition fees for first-year under that question. In your case, it must be $14,400.00. You don't have to subtract anything from that amount. Whatever you paid will not reflect under this part. Please refer to this tweet from the official IRCC handle regarding this question:

3. What should I put in the "room and board" and "others" fields?

These two are optional. However, you may fill it as per the 'Minimum required funds (Excluding tuition)' as mentioned on CIC's website: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/get-documents.html#doc3. Make sure whatever amount you mention as Tuition + Room +Board, it should be equal to less than the amount you mention in the "Funds available for my stay" part.
