I dont know, it’s pretty random. I did upfront medicals last friday Nov 20. Wait and see

Can you do upfront medical for PR applications?
It is not clear. Some applicants to have dependents got PR faster. But single applicants have more chance to get PR faster than others.

I collect this data from Canada forum by myself. It is almost time to get my AOR.
Question: I have not received my AOR yet and my nomination certificate has expired as of Nov 22.
How would it impact the things?
Like does it make any difference since I sent my PR application in time etc. Or I need to get extension of my nomination certificate.
