For Manitoba International Education- Career Employment Pathway Stream, one of the requirements is "full time job offer".
1) Should this be LMIA approved job offer?
2) How much is the average processing time to get PNP nomination?

1. No you shouldn’t because you would have a PGWP and are living in Manitoba after graduating from a school in the province. The employer must be on the designated list and your NOC on the in-demand list.
2. I assume you are living in Manitoba after graduating. Do you have a full time permanent position & have your letter from the employer that they will keep you employed for the next year? Maybem8-12 months or so. Others may give more accurate times.

Thanks for the quick reply. Where can I find the Manitoba designated employer list? I only see list of occupations in demand on Manitoba immigration website.

Employers have to show they cannot fill market demands. Ask Manitoba immigration or your employer.

I'm about to apply for MPNP-IES(career employment pathway) but I'm totally confused. Do I need to email MPNP first.
