Did anyone here get an answer to what may be the reason behind the delay? Why some people receive OPR same day they receive BVL and some people do not?

Guys I applied under SDS on 16th Oct and biometrics completed on 2nd Nov.

I have still not received any updates and eligibility has not started still.

I have received an email from the college to confirm the intent to enrol and schedule classes (college is on DLI list since the beginning). Any suggestion? Can I do something from my end apart from waiting?

No one really knows at this point, the usual trend is, you receive a decision in a day or two after BVL but this year it seems different.

One of my friend Applied from saudi , received in the normal way, i.e, first he got the bvl same day he received opr, Don't know what's happening with other applications..

Yes especially in India applicants from Feb-March are getting ppr on a random basis.

no one really knows how long to wait after getting BVL.
