Yes I applied for assylum 2017, my husband was the main applicant and our application was denied and all appeal denied as well, we applied for H$C 2019 January
I applied January 10th 2019
Got confirmation of receipt jan 30th 2019
Not sure when they started processing
Got correspondence for just my medicals September 2nd ,2020
Submitted medicals Oct 17th, 2020
Got AIP Oct 30 in email
hi can i know if they are all minors or you have children between the age of 18 and 21 ? also can i know your status before sending the application and how long have you been in Canada ?
all minor, out of status enter Canada since December 2017 no refugee claim only prra and was denied
yeah i think that a case whithout an assylum application is better according to many lawyers, can i know when you applied for h&c ( the date ) ?
