Canadian banks to deposit money for International students

I am looking a canadian bank to deposit CAD 10000 to prove the financial support for my study visa from Uae. Any suggestions of banks who giving the official letter of balance?

Why would you do that? Just submit your local bank account. If you want to apply under SDS then you need a very specific type of account an international student GIC account only offered by a few banks, you should be able to google that.

If you mean GIC, CIBC and Scotia Bank are two good options. Search GIC in these banks you will find the links.

only do this if you are applying under SDS
CIBC is a good option as it gives the letter in 2-3 days
scotia could take 7-10 days

as @hello12399 mentioned, go for this option only if you are applying through SDS. My experience with CIBC was great and you can receive $25 gift card if you put my email id cpu0079 @ yahoo.com as a referral.
