Quarantine Place in any Province other than your home Province

Can anyone guide me please that whether an individual can quarantine in any province other than the place of his university. For instance if my university is in Alberta, can I land and quarantine in Ontorio.

I also need an answer for this.
 
Believe that you must follow the quarantine plan of your school in order to be able to come to Canada which means you have to go to the province/city where your school is located and follow the school's plan.

Why are you planning to quarantine in Ont?
 
in Ontario they have mandatory covid testing for students now...but its done half way through the quarantine. If you plan to stay in Ontario you may need to tell them how you fulfill this requirement.
 
How would you travel to Alberta. When you take the plane again, won't you be required to quarantine again due to exposure?
