Express Entry ITA

I am on closed work permit . i got my Work Permit In April 2017 for one year then i went on implied status for few days and got the same permit extended which is now valid till 2019 April .Now i got my Express Entry file Picked up in the Poll and received an ITA for applying the PR . i want to know if i am good to submit my Express entry PR file in every possible way as my Work permit in now only valid for another 10.5 months from now . Pls help

The length of your work permit is irrelevant. Go ahead and submit your application.

Hi,

I received an ITA under CEC and have a few questions regarding document upload
1.I have been employed with company A only for past 8 years.My company issues a single reference letter mentioning various positions held in the organization .Example -Programmer trainee -Dec 2 2015 to November 2017(India) ,QA analyst -December 2017 to July 2019 (USA)and so on.
I cannot access payslips for a particular duration when in USA .What should I do.

Also I have a letter of employment however,can I also attach deputation letter along with the same to prove that i working in Canada now past a year

I have received an ITA under CEC-is proof of funds mandatory -seems no -Do i need to write a cover letter why I am not attaching proof of funds under that document section .

Please help

One single reference letter with all positions held is ok. Just have to make sure that salary, hours worked and duration are all mentioned for each position.

Regarding proof of funds and pay slips, I am norm familiar with CEC situation. But if you are currently working in Canada, I don’t think you need to show proof of funds.
