After the ghost updates we should get dm tomorrow or Tuesday
Does anyone know how long it takes for items sent through IRCC webform to reach where they need to go? I got a letter to submit updated IMM 5669e and I did so via the webform about 10 days ago, but any time I call the automated phone to check on my case status it just says "we sent you a letter, please follow the instructions on it" as the last update. The reason I'm so worried is the letter said they want the updated 5669e by November 28th or they may consider the application abandoned etc. I'm sweating bullets right now.

Hi why did not you send it through the CGkey portal, they required me exactly the same document a month ago, the same day I submitted the document through the portal, and the same day they sent me an email confirming that they received the document. Sometimes the webform is incredibly slow, so they may have not received it yet. My advice is that you send it through your cgkey account Cheers
I don't have access to the CGkey portal, my rep told me to send it via IRCC webform. Damn, I didn't realize it would be slow slow... Will they get mad if I do get access to CGkey and send it again?? Right now IMO I think its better they have something before the deadline wether they get mad or not...

IRCC contact my lawyer 3 days ago and request IMM 5669 e
My lawyer said : this might be optimistic, as someone is working on your file .
We need to provide more recent information ( news adresse and when you moved in ,taking a break in your work due to COVID 19 ext ......)
