I got the following letter on request to ircctravelexemptions.

Your enquiry has been received. Your application has been approved. Please be advised that we are not sending original passport request letters at this time. The responsible visa office may contact you with special instructions to submit your passport during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please continue to monitor your account for correspondence from our office. You are reminded that operations at the visa offices may be limited due to the ongoing concerns related to COVID-19.
For additional information, consult the CIC Web site at www.cic.gc.ca.
Attention: The unique client identification (UCI) number in the upper left corner of this letter is your personal identification number. For your own protection, do not allow any person, other than an authorized representative, to use this number as it provides access to personal information on your file.

oh okay, so your application has been approved, good, which country have you applied from? It's so strange as a lot of WP applicants from Feb and march got ppr so what they mean by not sending original passport requests?

I am from India. I don't know on how to contact IRCC for the passport request letter as they are taking a lot of time, and the offer period is time bounded. I tried sending email to Delhi visa office and travel exemptions but no response!

Yes, I can understand, the same case for me, the only thing is employer understands the current situation and they are okay with wait for now but you never know. try to get letter from employer mentioning urgency of it and attached it with web form it may help.

Its so weird that they are not working in sequence, some people are randomly getting pprs.
