I have got a LOI from nova scotia. I met all criteria mentioned. I have got a reply that they are not satisfied with my intention of the following reason and ask me Objective evidence showing that your intention to settle permanently in Nova Scotia is genuine.

Reason -You have the intention to settle permanently in Nova Scotia as your work assignment at Tech
Mahindra -Canada is temporary, so you are expected to return to work for this company in
India.

My employment is permanent and I have absolute intention of moving to Nova scotio. I am not sure what Object evidence I can submit. please help I just have 10 days to reply on this.

How can you live in Nova Scotia if you have a permanent job for a company in India? They say you have a temporary job in Canada & are expected to return. What permit are you on?

No there is no confusion. I know a job offer isn’t necessary & you need one year experience. Still haven’t really answered the question. You state you have a permanent job. Do you?

So it's an intracompany transfer from techmahindra-India to techmahidra-Canada. I have been getting Canada salary from canada co's payroll so I believe it's a Canada permanent Job right?

So you aren’t going to Nova Scotia to fill their skill shortages in the NOC you received your LOI for. You are going to work remotely. Because you have a “permanent” job that is an ICT not a Canadian permanent job, officials believe you are expected to return. The whole point of their program is to attract skilled workers to work for companies in the province. Not work remotely as a transfer. They don’t feel you will live in the province permanently because of your job (which is a transfer). You need to prove how you will meet their skill shortages & not just use the PNP program to work remotely & get PR. They believe you will move as soon as you can & have no intention of living and working (for NS employers) in the province.

Why do you want to live & work in NS? Have you done any research on the job market, who maybe hiring, salaries etc. Do you understand the local market & you have made or will make contact with employers. Do you know anything about the province to show you will settle there. Have you visited the province to say you have searched for areas to live & work? Did you know family or friends there...any ties? When is your contract up. If soon, highlight that. Officers want to know you are genuine about moving there.

Hello,
So, how can we submit the document for such market research? Detailed work document will work?
I don't have any relatives or friends in NS and never visited the Provinince. Any suggestion?

@Anand83 No one can give an exact answer to this question. try to prepare a doc showing ur research about nova scotia. Be honest about your research could be the best policy. I am doing the same. If you get some more specific and pl share .. we are in the same boat.
