Hi, I've sent all the details which they ask in step 1, few minutes back. Let me know how long does it take to get payment link also after making payment how long does it take to get the Consent form and Courier form from them?

Courier form and concent form plus airway bill number which should be given to courier man.
They will come and pick from u and also deliver to u ..no need to go office..

That's it.
I send on Oct 26 and received my passport with stamp on Nov 4..it took exactly 10 days.

Hi, could you please give us timeline like when you received the payment link after giving all the information asked in step 1. After making payment how long does it take to get courier form, consent form and AWB number.

Hi All,

below is the post from the facebook page of Canada in India (High-Commission of India)

"As of today, November 13, all clients who receive a passport request letter from IRCC may now contact VFS at: PassportSubmission@vfshelpline.com to confirm their 2-way courier service.
Please include your unique passport request letter with your submission for verification.
If you have not received a passport request letter we request your patience as volumes continue to be high. Please note: Unsolicited passports will be returned without being processed."

The question is, can we send our details to the given email address or do we have to still wait? The only unique thing is our UCI which is on the passport request letter. Can anyone help?

Which number are you guys calling? The number is their first email asking for address etc. is not working. It asks to use Email. The number I try is 022-68539025. It does not work.
