Hello,
Hope everyone is well and safe. I am stuck in a rather tight spot in my immigration process. Currently, I am working full time and have a valid post grad work permit which expires on the 14th of January 2021. I just applied for my MPNP and have an existing express entry profile with a total CRS score of 452, meeting the minimum criteria for Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled worker.
The problem is that my work permit expires in two months and I am worried that I won't be receiving my nomination before my permit expires. I am also not able to apply for a bridging work permit until I either receive my nomination through MPNP or get invited through the Federal Skilled Worker or Canadian exp class. I have to leave Canada by the 14th of January,2021 and I am wondering what options I have that will allow me to stay in Canada if I don't receive my nomination till the 14th.
And if I do have to leave, how does that affect my MPNP and my express entry profile.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
