Can I apply OWP

Hello,

I am currently out of status while applying for Inland Sponsorship. I understand OWP can only be qualify when I reach AIP stage. Should I still attach OWP application within my application? Or I should wait until I reach AIP stage and apply OWP online separately.

My work permit expired on November 8th, 2019. And then I applied for study permit restoration and got refused on May 2020. Reconsideration refused on September 2020. Am I still eligible for work permit restoration?

No, you are not eligible. You have been out of status since Nov last year so too long now to restore. You'll need to wait for AIP.

what do you do once you have AIP ? It seems as though when applying for OWP it asks for expiry date of visitor status. And then says cannot apply. Should a future date be used to get to next step of applying?

All dates in your application have to be accurate / thruthful. Wait for others to respond.
