Missed Biometrics call

Hi everybody

I need help/advice regarding the Biometrics call from Service Canada.

We used my husband as Representative, but we recently cancelled it as it's actually useless and because he changed the phone number that we put in that form.

I received the Biometrics Instruction Letter back in July, so I guess Service Canada already called us a long ago to my husband's previous phone number to schedule the appointment.

Anyone knows what can I do? IRCC told me that Service Canada tries to call 3 times and leaves a voicemail if missed. So by this time, it's 99% sure I missed the 3 calls. And I don't what happens after they call 3 times with no answer.

As we cancelled the Representative thing, are they gonna call again soon to the updated phone number? I'm at the bottom of the list? Or do I need to call them?

Thanks.

Be pro-active and call them, they will only call you so many times.

IRCC or Service Canada? Because IRCC already advised me that they don't contact Service Canada
You said Service Canada has been calling so I would call them if they are the ones facilitating the biometrics. Was there a name or number left on the message to call? If not then just call them and explain what happened and they should send you to the right department.
