I received this message too. But you need to contact the Visa center through their site and they will give you the LBC tracking number and wait for 6 days it will deliver to your address. Because they don't allow pick-up.

I called and I was told it was a default message, that they’ll either send a mail or call me when it’s available for pick up. Few days ago my hubby tracked it and it gave another update. “Your processed Passport has been received at the visa application centre, on 2020/11/03 and is ready for collection. Your Decision envelope will be returned to you via courier service offered by the VAC. Collection of decision envelopes in-person at the VAC is not permitted until further notice. Please refer to the “buy services” page of the VAC website for further information on courier services offered by the VAC. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

I received the same message. I used to communicate with them in the VAC website from there you can exchange messages to the agent and they will ask the Tracking number and they will provide another tracking number for their courier partner. But anyway they will deliver your passport w/ COPR in your address.

I tried communicating with them on the web chat but it keeps telling me all their agents are busy. I just want to get my passport and COPR before they shut down a second time.

For us it just took a week and after that it was just days and we were done. We had our decision made on Oct 23 & Oct 30 we got my husbands COPR & his virtual landing was completed. We received emails plus updates in CIC & ECAS. We’re currently just waiting for his PR card to show up. Good luck I hope it goes quickly for you as well

My wife and I submitted our application last August 2019. The site says its was received August 30. But since December we did not receive any more updates. Our last one was for a medical request.

Is there anyway to follow this up with IRCC? We've requested GCMS Notes 5 times now and its all the same. I've called the local MP here and asked them to follow up but it seems they just got the same generic message saying it's in process. We've been waiting for almost a year now for an update.

PA is from Philippines

The sad part is I can't even go home because my passport expired and the Philippine embassy is in Toronto with no missions currently scheduled to MB

CPC-M is messing up many lives and relationships. No idea what they are doing, No updates on outland applications regardless of PA's country of residence, whereas native VO already sending DM and PPRs.

Before COIVD-19, CPC-M was considered as best VO, and now completely dead silent.

True they don't have any public-facing contact number. Sometimes I even think to go give them a visit at their office to see what they up to.

Since then nothing, now almost 4 months have been passed from the receipt of AoR2 (ECAS Status) but still no signs of any update from the LVO. Now in 16th month of process and still I don't know when the wait will be ended.

I am sorry to hear that there might be other Philippines Consulate Office near you? My passport was expired too, renewed it last August, just received it last week. Will be going home January for vacation. I am hopeless for CPC-Mississauga, as far as I observed all those who got DM/PPR are with the help of MP.

That’s not entirely true. When my hubby’s MP contacted my visa office in Accra Ghana, she was told I wasn’t a priority especially since our application just completed 12 months then. Her personal assistant still hasn’t been able to bring his wife from India to Canada due to the Covid-19 impact on immigration. He’s supposed to be calling Accra VO on update on my application. I stopped getting my hopes high on my hubby’s MP when I knew her assistant is in similar situation. So it doesn’t function that way. It took 8 months after medical before I got another update and 2 months after our deadline to get DM. You never can tell you may get an update very soon.
