Hello,
I recently received my correspondence and POE letter as a pdf document.
I'm not sure if I have to send my passport to get a stamp on it. I haven't received instructions saying that I need to, so I think I don't and I can just show the printed letters to the border agent. I just want to make sure though, before any last minute accidents happen.

If you are a resident of the country that needs a Canadian visa, then yes you need to get a stamp in your passport. You can contact your nearest VAC to send you the specific instructions for passport submission. They should be able to help you.

yeah it was approved

So what's your question exactly? Do you want to know if the Letter of Introduction you received is enough to travel even if you don't have the Visa placed on your passport?

yeah, basically that. If I needed it stamped on my passport.
