Travel exemptions - accompanying spouse

Posting my experience with travel from USA to Canada, I flew with my spouse and kid last week to Calgary. I was holding work permit and my dependants with visitor visa. Since we traveled from USA no authorization letter was required. I confirmed the same by calling IRCC and referring the website. It was smooth

hey hiii i did send with all required details to ircc and supporting documents. are we supposed to send again with the auto reply or sending first time with all the details is itself sufficient?
please provide inputs. we are planning to travel in december as well.

Hey.. did you receive any response .. I had sent an email on 17th Nov and still waiting for response
