Hello guys
I have got conditional offer from Concordia University in Masters of Applied Computer Science (MApCompSc) for winter 2021 and the fees for the same is 28000 CAD for 2 years. So I deposited 14250 CAD to the University (As its mentioned in the Offer letter that the fees for 1-year is approximately $14000). But when I mailed the ISO office of the University about the fees-receipt and they told me that as I haven't submitted the full 1-year fees (which they are showing now as $23,898.07 CAD ) they can't issue me the receipt and they offer ONE time receipt.

TermTuition FeesPersonal Expenditure
Winter 2021:$ 8,152.935000.00 CAD
Summer 2021:$ 7,235.215000.00 CAD
Fall 2021:$ 8,509.935000.00 CAD
Winter 2022:$ 7,368.935000.00 CAD
Summer 2022:$ 350.005000.00 CAD
Fall 2022:$ 1,526.005000.00 CAD

Any Student who has already been enrolled in the University or any student who has recently joined the Concordia University, please tell me would I have to deposit the remaining amount and how much amount did you deposit as the first year fees?

Please reply ASAP!!!!!!

Okay
But even in offer letter they quoted that fees for 1 year is approximately 14000 CAD
So are you a student from the Concordia University?
"approximately" being the keyword here.

No, but when I was reading your post, I was literally filling out the application for Concordia (MEng Electrical and Computer Engineering). :)

For concordia University, the MApCompSc is a 5-term course (the 6th term is usually a "continuing studies" term, where you only pay a small fee for continuing the term, in case you still need to submit your thesis or finish up your course).

The table you posted in your first thread literally shows you the break down for each term, and for the 1st year (W, S, F) it clearly totals CAD23,898,07.

Not sure what you are confused about here.Seeing as you didn't post your offer letter here forus to see, I can't comment on that.

I have a quick question, if it's a 5 term program and I continue it to 6 terms for extra studies, does it count towards PGWP?

Concordia considers summer as a complete semester. They ask for the fees, but the thing is you do not have to enrol in the summer semester. You will be paying the fees of three semesters and you can use this fee for winter 2021, fall 2021 and winter 2022. No need to enrol in sumer 2021

If you register for continuing studies in 6th term, you will be part time. As this is your final semester, you are allowed to be part time for PGWP, as long as you've been full term as required in your previous terms - except for authorised breaks.

Isn't there a option to pay fee for only 2 semesters stating will be going to co-op during the third semester
