Is providing a reference letter for 3 years out of 10 years work experience enough?

Dear friends,
I have recently received my ITA. In my direct EE profile I have mentioned that I have 10 years of experience with three different companies. I can prove the last 6 years since I'm still working with the same company. However, the other 4 years are difficult because the companies in question have already been moved out of the country. Is it ok to send only the reference letter of 6 years (since it is more than 3 years of work experience which means it will not affect my CRS) or I have to prove all years mentioned in my initial EE profile? If the immigration officer rejects the reference letter I might get from colleagues regarding those 4 years will that mean my application will be rejected or the fact that I can prove 6 years is enough even if the rest is rejected?
I appreciate your advice.

You can put 6 years of work experience at your current company under "Work Experience" section with the reference letter, and the other 4 years under "Personal History" otherwise they will ask for reference letters from both company. I don't think they will question you because they only count 3 years max anyway
