I haven't received any confirmation email or response after submitting the requested Updated letter of acceptance

I have received AIP on Oct 10 and I have been requested to submit additional documents(Updated letter of acceptance) on Oct 10, and i have submitted the requested document on Oct 12 using GC key Account. but I haven't received any confirmation email or response yet.

For which intake they requested the updated LOA from you?

I applied for may intake and then deferred to September intake. I sent the new loa and fee receipt through the webform. On 14 August I got AIP. On 31 September they again requested me to send proof of tuition fee i.e tuition fee receipt through GC key.
Since then under additional document column, it has not changed or updated.

At present, I do not know how much more time it will take to change to "We are reviewing the additional documents you have provided"
OR
maybe it will not change and directly I will get final approval when my college will be added to the list.

when we submit documents through GC key, we do not receive any confirmation email from them. However, the submitted document can be reflected in your gc key under document submitted section
