Hi @legalfalcon , thank you for all you do in this forum. I want to find out if there will be an extension of Medicals for me, since I have been told to submit passport. Jan 25 2020 still shows that it was passed by IRCC.
Keep us updated about this please. I'm on the same boat. My application is approved but no PPR yet. MY medicals were approved on 3rd Feb 2020.

Folks - finally I got the CoPR confirmation today. Online Application is updated and shows 'Approved' along with COPR number. However there is no COPR PDF or email yet.
My timeline: ITA: Mid Dec 2019; AOR 29 Jan 2020; Medical furtherance: April to Aug; Medical Passed: 8th Sep 2020; Eligibility, Criminality, Security: Passed on 8th Sep 2020. Final: Approved on 9 Sep 2020; COPR confirmation in online account: 12 Nov; CopR Email/PDF: awaiting; PR Card: ____

Shows approved in portal, but no COPR email/PDF. Any advise/ experience of others?

If you medicals are about to expire or will expire before they land, then they will be extended. All medicals that have expired or are about to are sent for reassessment to the Regional Medical Officer for reassessment.

On the first page of GCMS notes,
Primary office - CPC Ottawa
Secondary Office- NDVO

On the third page
Secondary Office: 1
Created Date : 2007/12/08
Updated Date : 2010/05/21

Primary Y
Office Name: New Delhi
If your primary is ottawa then your email ( ppr request) will come from CPC Ottawa and not New Delhi. New Delhi will only stamp and issue you copr.

Thank you @legalfalcon. Just one more question if you don’t mind . At this time Would myself, my wife and kids be exempted from the travel restrictions though I have a brother with PR status in Canada but I’m not the principal applicant? Thanks a lot

Makes sense. Although i’ve also gotten answers claiming that since a secondary office is mentioned, my file has been transferred to that VO ans now my PPR will be triggered from that location.
It’s just so confusing. Only time will tell now :)

No, you won't be exempt. However, you can request and try, but you do not come directly under the exemption for family reunification.
