No... If you have 300 crs and nominated by Alberta ..nomination itself give you 600 points and you will receive ITA

Once you are in EE you need to select Alberta as province to move...once Alberta Send you Interest .. then you need to apply in AINP Website for Nomination. Documents are same as EE required. Exp,Edu,WES etc

Seems something is wrong, because its almost more than 4.5 months gone, still I didn't get any email from CIC. No email, no AOR...

As you can see...people here are receiving AOR in at least 6 months..

You can probably call when ur file reached 2 months time . You can call now and ask for temporary file number. They should have temporary file number for you.
