Well I feel your pain!
Let me tell you my story.
1- L7, R6, W6 S7
2- L8, R7, W6.5 S7
3- (EOR no change)
4- L8, R8, W6.5 S7
Lost hope and discarded the thought of Canadian Immigration.
After 4 years (on feb 2020, just before turning 30 (had 9 years of experience with 2 or more bachelors plan, with WES report dated dec 2015!) I gathered my courage and *actually* invested time in preparing for IELTS (which was literally 1 week only!). Gave my IELTS... results were:
L8.5, R9, W7.5 S7
I was so sure about my speaking test that i went for EOR again and guess what, it was successful.
L8.5, R,9, W7.5, S7.5
With the score of 475 in March i was still unable to get ITA due to covid restriction. (Not to mention my wife had to give IELTS twice to get CLB 9 score). Anyhow, due to age, lost 5 points and waiting at 470!
Finally received NOI from ontario in august (which I applied for, right away) and now waiting for nomination from Ontario. Dream is still on !
So the point is never lose hope. Lost mine 4 years back and now i am in wait line. It was not tough like this back then!
If you need any help in ielts, reach out to me. I will give you few tips to jack up your score. IELTS is not a normal exam, you have to make a strategy to pass IELTS!
Goodluck!
