Mine was "11/10" and now we are in 11/11...

Don't worry, they'll start another one when they finalize your application. I was in the same boat and got approved

Yes, it's a complete application. Medical exam is not required for my country and I did not need to give biometrics (previous application).

Why security is blank?

This is normal, when you request Gcms Notes from IRCC they redact Security if its in progress or completed. On the other hand if you request Gcms Notes from CBSA they only redact Security outcome if it's completed.

And also there is passport request in outgoing section which is showing status: not started
