Anyone allowed to travel Canada with a COPR issued after 18 march ?

Our Copr as issued on 17th May and it has expired since 13th October 2020 Just awaiting the travel restrictions to be lifted.

Apologies for my terminology I was meaning the borders are closed for foreign travelers such as the ones holding copr but outside US.
Since even the ones that got their copr before 18th march are required to carry an authoristaion letter to go to Canada.. I don't know how in the world we can pursue our trip to Canada with an expired copr issued after 18th march 2020.

I believe that we will have to go through the same authorization letter process once restrictions are eased. Its hard to understand why they would issue COPRs that expire so soon.
