Yesterday the processing time was updated and its 34 weeks now for Pakistan. I feel hopeless, heartbroken and doomed now.

They were never correct from the beginning (and not correct even now).

Yesterday the processing time was updated and its 34 weeks now for Pakistan. I feel hopeless, heartbroken and doomed now.
That's nothing compared to what we Fall 2020 applicants had to face, some are still waiting without any AIP / results since 2019 December / Feb 2020 . It's very sad that no one does their homework before getting themselves involved into such things. If I had known of these delays, personally I wouldn't had applied as well.

Had no other option but to apply for the study permit, such is the situation for me.
