I'm working in a retail store and there are ton's of web search available on internet.
2. I just gave my biometric today (Nov 9th 2020) at 8:45 AM @Downtown, Toronto. When should i expect notification for biometric update ?

As long as your eligibility is recommended passed, you have nothing to worry about. Your application was not being put into review required.

My eligibility is also recommended pass for more than 3 weeks now and whenever I call IRCC, agent says
1st Call- Eligibility : Recommended Pass
Next Week - Eligibility: In Process
3rd Call - Eligibility: Recommended Pass
Yesterday 4th Call - They are working on your file and everything looks ok. From the notes I can see nothing to worry, I see its recommended pass

Now this is confusing me that when eligibility is recommended pass for 3 weeks and they are still working on my file then why its not Passed. Any suggestions

I find it really challenging to trust the updates via call. I am not sure if they are looking at the latest updates.
I also got a similar response,
1st Call - Eligibility Not started
2nd Call - Eligibility Passed
3rd Call - Recommended Pass.

Gaps between these calls about 1 week.

From what I have read, when your eligibility is recommended pass by the Case Analyst, it has to receive final approval from a Senior Officer as well.

If you eligibility stated "Review Required" that is when to possibly worry.
