Hi,
I know I won't be able to sponsor my child in the future if I don't include in the spouse application.
My 3 childs is not coming to Canada at all, they will stay with my Ex-wife, They don't want and I don't sponsor them.
BUT if I don't write their information in Generic form (imm0008enu_2d) and Family information (imm5406e).
Will they send my application back for Missing information???

The problem won't be having your application returned. You're risking a refusal and five year ban from Canada if you do that. Yes, you must list them in your application.

I understood, but They are not cooperating with filling the form and additional family information form (IMM5406E). They don’t sign that form, Should I send the form without their signature?
 
My take should be to send the form without their signatures and include a letter to explain the lack of cooperation.
