It's fake. The web site is fake and the company doesn't exist.

You should assume it will not be possible to find a job in Canada. If you want to move here, you should focus on immigrating.

No one here can help you find a job. This is something you will need to do yourself. You should assume it will be extremely difficult.

If you want to try to find a job in Canada, you should apply for jobs with architectural companies directly. Avoid agents - they are pretty much all scams. If anyone asks you to pay money in exchange for a job offer, then it's a scam. If anyone offers to pay for your flight / accommodations / food, then it's a scam. If they indicate there is urgency in applying, then it is a scam.

Also, I am not a sir. Please don't assume everyone here is a man.
