Hello Community,
In the shadow of Covid-19, is it possible to sponsor my brother who lives abroad? I am a permanent resident actually residing in Montreal, Quebec.
If your brother wants to immigrate permanently and live in Quebec then look at the Quebec program and find out if he is eligible. Based on education, work experience, age and language skills in French and English. Don’t know his chances without knowing his profile. He can apply for a visitor visa but still needs to be eligible for immigration. He can’t work.Hello again,
Has the situation changed since Covid-19? How would my brother apply for immigration? Can he come as a visitor and then apply while in Montreal? What are the chances? Thank you.
