Anyone from Sept. intake & with AIP got Passport Request after BVL?

I have seen that a BVL after an AIP usually means approval.

This. However if you don't have AIP it's not a guaranteed refusal either

I am already studying online for sept 2020

If you directly got BVL(without AIP), it is a refusal.

Sometimes a refusal shows up in 24 hours or sometimes it takes more time.

Happened to me on Oct 3rd and to another guy around the same time.
