I am on the last step of processing my criminality, and I got a speeding ticket like last week. will it slow down my process even more?

Speeding ticket doesn’t count for criminality unless it’s a major conviction.

To My Knowledge only criminal offenses matter a lot. Traffic violation is provincial jurisdiction not Fedral.

Is it because of the location? It seems like all the approved case are from Ontario. Did anyone from Alberta got approved? I am from Calgary.

I’m waiting from Edmonton. AOR March 27. Online account still shows eligibility review in progress.

Got a status update from IRCC- processing your application.... Due to Covid .......(standard typed lines which remain in system till the time some one notes its not applicable to them now)

Now i realise why employers hesitate in taking candidates outside of country...first lack of local experience and second dealing with IRCC
