To make things worse, I sent VFS an email to ask what are the next steps for the VFS courier service and this is what they said through an automated email response:
Due to ongoing global COVID-19 developments and the local government directive to close business operations for a temporary period, our helpline services are currently unavailable. Applicants are advised to check the respective country-specific page, or 'COVID-19: Customer Advisories' section, on www.vfsglobal.com or the respective embassy/consulate website.
I mean, I am stuck and have no idea what to do next, please help.
