So in Dubai VFS office, appointment slots are filled till 25th last time I checked. I think it would be worth waiting as by that time we'll have more clarity on biometrics in India.
If you’re also planning on doing the same can we have a quick easy chat somewhere else?

Abu Dhabi biometrics office has open slots for this month. It is only a 140 km ride from Dubai. Can we do the biometrics by flying in to Dubai and then commuting to Abu Dhabi?

I’m planning on going directly to Abu Dhabi! There’s an International Airport there
The problem with that is Abu Dhabi requires 14 days quarantine due to Covid.

In Dubai, if you show them a negative RT-PCR report which is not more than 96 hours old, there is no need for quarantine. That is why I am planning to fly to Dubai.

why? is it illegal? i am not sure about the date yet should i book any>
Because it's a burden for the ones genuinely travelling, everything gets delayed for them. It's better to book the flight ticket and the biometrics appointment side by side in two tabs simultaneously. I bet 90% of the ones who only booked the biometrics appointment are not going to show up.

Most of the return flights are not available (only connecting) to India from 20th. Ones who manage to give it within November are lucky.

Be cautioned.
