What is the procedure to submit a passport to IRCC?

Since VFS offices are temporarily closed in India, what is the new procedure to submit the passport to IRCC for work visa stamping?

IRCC has sent me a letter to submit my passport but they haven't mentioned the alternate way to submit it.

can you please share visa timeline and your visa type? when you submitted application, Biometrics , medical and correspondence letter

You should receive instruction letter from IRCC regarding pp submission.

I had applied for SOWP in March this year and I had submitted my biometrics and had gone through the medical test last year for a different application. They have used the same for my SOWP application. So, I wasn't asked to do it again.
The PPR mentions that if I don't submit my passport within the next 30 days, they may refuse my application.
Can they do that without giving the instruction about the 2-way courier to the applicant?

At least, you are in Delhi, Can pickup same day if they respond. VFS not responding to my mails.

Hi,
They will send you another mail (Instruction letter to submit your passport to VFS Delhi through courier). I received the instruction letter three or four days after receiving my passport submission letter.

Received both, confirmation and instructions mail with 3 steps which starts with "Contact VFS at the following email ID to arrange the payment and pick up of your passport "

But no one replying from that mail since last 5th November. You know clock is ticking..

Did you receive an automated response with ticket number? Also was it mentioned in response that they will get back to you in 2 working days? If no than try calling them.

I received an automated mail from vfs stating ticket number and informing that they will reply me back in 2 days...

They should have enabled a web request and automated pickup. Simply killing time and testing patience with regular mail based ticketing systems and 2 days TAT, too much unless it's 1 man army.
