O-OGood people of Internet,
Can you pls help or suggest something for my wife's open work permit case. it has been excruciating wait time.
I'm in Canada on closed work permit & applied for my wife's open work permit last year.....It is still pending decision.
December 14th 2019 - Upfront Medical completed in New Delhi
December 20th 2019 - Case filed
December 31st 2019 - Biometrics completed at VFS/New Delhi
It is still decision pending.
Thank you for replying my friend.....it is painful wait.O-O
Order GCMS notes nooooow!!! Jeez, that’s inappropriately long wait
It is true, but there is way around it. It is more costly, but you can order notes yourself through caipsnotes.com or other websites alike. I don’t remember others, but I ordered mine through that one. It took 35 days and all you need to know if your case number and obviously your name (and I think DOB)Thank you for replying my friend.....it is painful wait.
The case is filed by my company's immigration firm. Someone suggested GCMS notes to me earlier which I asked my immigration team to look for but they said it is something called Access to Information (ATIP) which takes 2-3 months to get info......Pls advise if it is correct
Which country you applied from?My spouse SOWP took the same time as my SP. we applied August 7th and he got PPR on October 23rd
It's official time is 30 days only, and people do receive it within that timeline, unless your file needs more retrieval time than usual which happens in very few cases. Don't really know why your company's immigration team advised you the timeline as 2-3 months.Thank you for replying my friend.....it is painful wait.

Hello dear ,My spouse SOWP took the same time as my SP. we applied August 7th and he got PPR on October 23rd
I would suggest to apply all together right in the same application. Otherwise, it might look fishy to an officer and leave them wondering why did you split up applications. You can fill applications up to 60-90 days without submitting. IRCC will receive you application as soon as you pay and sign, which is the very last step. I would upload marriage certificate in the student folderHello dear ,
I am coming back again with another question
Hahaha thank you in advance
I am confused whether should we apply at the same in one gckey or after done payment for study permit application create one more application in gckey ?
I know we can apply at the same time but is this also option we have that apply in same gckey but SOWP application after 1 day ?
Secondly , there are limited folder in Spouse application we can we upload relationship proofs and financial documents? ( marriage certificate folder only above spouse and in student 's application)
I need sop of you can help let me know .
