PCC for country of education

Hello dear members,

Kindly need your advise
My husband has received ITA now under the document checklist they are asking for PCC for the country of education.
My husband has done online education for masters, in WES we mentioned UK as country of study and even in express entry we mentioned UK, as the awarding body was UK.
Similar for me, I have studied from UAE, however my degrees were awarded from UK hence wrote my country of education as UK and now they are asking for PCC.

Kindly help as what can be done since we both havent visited that place for study.

If the education was more than 6 months, that is you need to get the PCC for that respective country. If the education was online than you need to mention the country where you attended the classes online and not where the Uni campus is based. As you did not attended the classes in the same country as the campus.

thanks for the reply. But the situation is they already requested PCC for that country coz I mentioned it earlier. So I can explain it that I wasn't physically present in that country and it was a distance learning program attended at my home country

Maybe try to frame of letter of explanation.
