Why no police certificate needed for US?

I studiedd and worked in the U.S. for an extended period but after filling out all the information in the PR application. However, in the upload supporting document page, I don't see any way to upload the police certificate for U.S. Why is this the case?

I don't remember it asking for police certificate per country. What does it say? Maybe just merge all ur police certificates in one?

Please double check the address history part. Has your US stay come's within last 10 years?.
For me I got 2 upload options (Police certificate & Police certificate 2) .

Yes I have two upload options too. I have stayed in three different countries for the past 10 years. it only shows two upload options for the most recent two countries. I stayed in the U.S. for 9 years before 2017

Which countries? Maybe one of those requires a request letter from IRCC

Hey are you from HK? Yes One of the police certificates needed is from HK and it is by request only. The two upload options are for China and HK but not U.S.. I am so confused.
