So now its confirmed they are only giving PR to the people who are already in canada. Our files are on hold if we have outland dependant.
Any idea/suggestions what we can do in this situations??? Or if anyone heard any news related outland spouse???

I dont think so its like that. Me and mu spouse is inland but still waiting

I don't think so either, me and a few of my friends who also add spouse in Winnipeg have no update for a long time either. Not put you on hold, they are just SLOW, maybe they only process 2-3 PNP applications per month.

I think same too. when all steps are processed than why putting our files on hold.
