Interesting I read the whole PDF there is no mention of the file forwarding or anything like that

I have FAILED to link her application with GCKEYS tried all possible methods. with my GCkeys and her GCkeys, with DOBs or PPT details
NOTHING WORKS AT ALL. I wonder how many days since AOR ? 48 hrs passed already since OCT 30 it is 5 days now.

Have you tried using the UCI number? FYI the app can only be linked to one GCKey account at a time, you should decide who's acct you want it linked to and just be trying with that one.

You will have 90 days to complete the BIO
If needed you could submit the web form when reaching 90 days, asking for an extension stating the reason that VACs are closed in India. This info would be available in your Bio request letter on what to do next.
