My school cannot mail transcripts

My school cannot mail transcripts to WES. I was wondering if I can pick it up and then use FedEx or DHL to mail the sealed and stamped envelope to WES myself. Has anyone ever done this? Please let me know the outcome.

You can pick it up by yourself but the sender outside the envelope MUST still be the name of your school. Not you. I hope this would help.
