Mistake in visa application form

Hi,

My name is sathyanaryanan I've applied for Canadian study permit under SDS category on October 21, few days back I got my biometrics collection letter while viewing it I found out that my name got misspelled so I was dubious and checked the forms which i've uploaded where I made typo error in imm1294e form
I typed my given name as Sathyanaraynan but my name in passport is Sathyanarayanan. What can I do now whether this will lead to my visa rejection.

Is there anything I can do now to rectify it. Please help me

Note:
BTW I mentioned my name correctly in family-info form. In all my documents including GIC bond and marksheets my name is mentioned correctly.

Thanks for your reply, is it enough to attach the updated form with passport or I need to attach any letter of explanation.

@Sathyanarayanan : Hi did you get a response to your webform for name correction? I have applied for visitor visa for parents and found that my mom's name is missing a letter in the application and the biometrics request letter. They are waiting for vfs to start appointments for biometrics. But how do i correct the name?

I made a similar mistake. I interchanged my Family name with my first name. They allowed me to take the Biometrics but it has not been updated in my application yet. What should I do?
