@Khan MD Mahbubul Hassan Did all of these "many students" you talk about submit their applications before Sept 15th? or are there people who submitted after Sept 15th and still received an AIP?

Just curious to know since IRCC clearly said there will be no AIPs for applications submitted after Sept 15th.

Yeah most of them applied before September 15. But I have seen someone applied after September 15 and received AIP for Fall, 2021 intake. That was insane.

They have already said a student can start online studies without study visa.That means they are not in a rush to issue visas.My university only requires me to show me the visa application documents and not the visa.They can literally stall issuing us visas for months tbh.

But without AIP, those time will not be counted towards your PGWP. So not a good deal to start class without AIP.

No,we can claim PGWP,if we apply for a visa before the program starts.I confirmed with my university.IRCC has thought this through.
