Can we add spouse degree/ECA report after entering into the Express Entry program?

My wife's MBBS degree from Pakistan needs an ECA report (after of course verification from the Medical Council from Canada). Without my wife's degree evaluation, our total score is 467. Is it allowed if we plan to apply without her ECA report, and later add it if we get the report within time? In current circumstances, it will take nearly 2 months (minimum) for her to get her ECA certificate.

Furthermore, what are the chances that the cutoff falls below 470?

If you have your ECA and IELTS and you don’t need her ECA for points, then you can set up a profile. As for draws and CRS scores, if people keep entering the pool & there are fewer FSW draws, scores will keep above 470.

yes you can edit the profile and add new info as they come!
